Key ResponsibilitiesManagement Reporting
*Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs.
*Produce variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year.
*Consolidate financial and operational KPIs across business units.
*Maintain reporting dashboards and ensure accuracy of performance metrics.
Financial Analysis *Conduct deep-dive analysis into revenue, costs, margin, and operational trends.
*Support scenario modelling, profitability analysis, and business case development.
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Data Integrity & Systems *Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within reporting systems.
*Support the development and enhancement of BI tools and automation initiatives.
*Liaise with IT and finance systems teams to improve reporting processes.
Stakeholder Support *Work closely with senior management to interpret results and provide actionable insights.
*Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from internal stakeholders.
*Partner with operational teams to understand underlying business drivers.
