*Compliance framework design and enhancement
*Policy and procedure harmonisation
*Coordination of licensing, registration, and regulatory filings
*AML and financial crime framework oversight
*Regulatory landscape assessment
Who we are looking for *Experience working within the boutique investment management industry
*An understanding of the private markets would be advantageous
*Previous exposure to UK, US and BVI regulatory laws
*A hands-on approach and ability to build frameworks
*Comfortable working as part of a small and versatile team
*The firm are open to full or part-time working for the period of the contract
