Role: Sales Ledger Administrator
Salary: Up to £40k depending on experience

*Full-time, Office-based, permanent
*Working hours: 8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00
Role overview:
*Create and update jobs on Sage accurately.
*Send client statements on time.
*Chase purchase orders and send 7-day letters when needed.
*Follow up on overdue payments with clients and accounts teams.
*Keep the internal job board updated and accurate.
*Raise sales invoices on Sage and ensure they match quotes and job details.
*Complete these tasks for sister companies where required.
*Maintain a debtor schedule and track upcoming payments.
*Ensure accuracy across all financial data and records.
*Support the wider team and maintain positive working relationships.
*Look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
*Assist with general accounting duties as needed.
*Handle incoming calls, customer queries, filing, and back-up exchanges.
