What will you be responsible for?
This is a hands-on position averaging 40 hours per week, mainly working on the afternoon shift, which finishes at 8pm.
*Managing, motivating and developing a team of around 20
*Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training
*Working toward KPIs and operational goals
*Ensuring smooth workflow and addressing issues promptly
*Monitoring and maintaining stock accuracy
*Upholding health & safety standards across the operation
*Assisting with physical warehouse tasks, including order picking and loading
What are we looking for?
To excel in the role, you will need:
*A valid counterbalance forklift licence
*Experience in an operations or warehouse leadership role
*Strong communication and team-coordination abilities
*Confidence with manual handling and physical elements of the job, performed safely and correctly
