Your new role
This role of HR Coordinator (initially assigned to 1 Business Unit and HRBP, then after 8 months will be involved in 2 Business Unit areas and supporting 2 HRBPs) is to assist and support the HR Business Partner/s in all areas of HR/Employee Lifecycle.
You will support an operational area/s with the provision of quality HR administration information and support through areas such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle / HR Administration, HR Advisory (low level initially), ER work (minuting initially with a development plan to be more involved, Learning & Development Coordination, and HR Information Reporting.

This is an excellent role for a HR Administrator/Assistant/Coordinator with solid HR experience to join a truly supportive organisation and team with coaching/mentoring and development opportunities.
The hours of work are onsite, Monday to Thursday - 8am to 5pm and 8am to 12.30pm Friday (NB flexibility is available as you will occasionally flex your hours to meet with Manager and staff on different shifts BUT these will be given back to you in early finish or late start to suit you)
This is a site-based role (own transport needed).
31 days holiday INCLUSIVE of bank holidays (due to shift patterns of the site you can chose to take your statutory leave on Bank Holidays or other times)

What you’ll need to succeed
The successful applicant will possess experience within:
Ideally, you will have experience of low level ER work and advisory (or minimum of attending and minuting ER meetings - such as investigations, disciplinaries, grievances etc) and possess the knowledge and potential to develop these skills further to "run" these in the future - with a defined development plan.
HR Administration / employee lifecycle work including recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation/letters, updates etc.HR Systems/IT experience
The ideal applicant will also have experience of working in a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing or a similar industry type such as logistics/warehousing/retail etc
NB due to the location of the business in Lincoln - own transport is required as the nearest bus stop is over 10 minutes’ walk
