Senior Sales Executive

Basingstoke – Office Based

Full Time | 8:30am–5:30pm | Monday–Friday

£30,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Realistic On Target Earnings: £50k-£70,000+


About Drive HGV


Drive HGV is a fast-growing, family-run HGV training company based in Basingstoke.


From our head office, we handle warm inbound enquiries from individuals looking to change career and become HGV drivers. These are serious customers exploring a significant life change.


We specialise in guiding customers through every stage of the HGV licence process, selling structured training packages typically ranging from £2,000–£4,000.


As our growth continues year on year, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Executive to strengthen and elevate our sales team.


The Role


This is a high-performance sales role suited to someone with proven experience in closing.


Working from our Basingstoke office, you will:

• Handle warm inbound enquiries

• Take full ownership of your pipeline

• Confidently guide customers through the licence pathway (training provided on product knowledge)

• Build trust quickly with people from all backgrounds

• Handle objections professionally

• Consistently close high-value training packages

• Lead by example within the team


This is not a call centre role. Our customers are making significant financial and career decisions, and the sales process reflects that.


Training & Support


Although we are looking for experience, we still invest in our team.


You will receive:
