Salary: Up to £39k (pro-rata) DOE
We are seeking a Field Service Team Leader to oversee a team of technicians responsible for maintaining plant installations across commercial workplaces throughout West London. This role suits someone who enjoys leading people, organising schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service.
About the Role
As Field Service Team Leader, you will manage, motivate, and support a field-based team, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction are consistently high. You will work closely with planning and operational teams to deliver efficient routes, high-quality plant maintenance, and fast responses to customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of field technicians
*Ensuring customer service standards, KPIs, and quality targets are met
*Identifying improvements in plant maintenance processes
*Planning routes and allocating workloads using internal systems
*Coordinating rapid responses to customer requests
*Managing plant replacements and working with suppliers
*Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training
*Conducting audits and quality checks where required
This role covers areas including Soho, Kensington, Fulham, and the Heathrow corridor.
