This employment paralegal position involves supporting a respondent-focused caseload across both contentious and non-contentious matters. Working with an impressive portfolio of employer clients, you can expect exposure to high-quality work while developing long-standing relationships with both businesses and individuals.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 12 months’ experience as an employment paralegal, ideally with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work. A strong academic background is essential, preferably supported by completion of the LPC or an equivalent qualification.
