Primary Teachers (KS1)
*Job Type: Supply (Short-term/Long-term)
*Location: Kent and Medway
*Salary: Competitive, pay to scale
We are seeking qualified and experienced Primary Teachers for Key Stage 1 (KS1) to join our supply team. This opportunity covers various schools throughout Kent and Medway, offering both short-term and long-term roles. Day-to-day of the role:
*Deliver engaging and educational lessons to KS1 students according to the national curriculum.
*Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual children.
*Provide a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning.
*Monitor and assess children’s progress and prepare them for national tests.
*Collaborate with other teaching staff and participate in regular meetings.
*Maintain up-to-date records of students’ progress and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
*Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and teaching standards.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Ability to manage classrooms effectively and maintain discipline.
*SEND and Intervention experience is highly desirable.
