Reed Finance is proud to be partnering with a successful and growing organisation within a wider group structure, seeking an experienced Management Accountant to take ownership of the monthly financials for one of their key entities. This is an exciting opportunity offering genuine scope to expand responsibilities across the wider group over time.
This role is offered on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with a strong view to a permanent position for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
*Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts for a designated entity within the group
*Balance sheet reconciliations and ongoing maintenance of financial controls
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
*Work closely with operational and group finance teams to provide financial insight
*Assist in year-end preparation and audit support
*Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting
*Support with wider group finance tasks as the role grows
About You
*Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent)
*Previous experience in management accounting, ideally within a group environment
*Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial data
*Ability to build strong relationships across finance and non-finance teams
*Proactive, organised, and able to work to deadlines
*Keen to develop and take on more responsibility across the group
