Job Description:
Customer Service Representative
*Location: Crawley
*Job Type: Temporary Contract
*Start Date: 9th March
*Duration: Until end of April
We are excited to offer a temporary position for a Customer Service Representative, starting on 9th March and running until the end of April. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic Customer Service team, dedicated to providing exceptional service and high-quality technical support to our customers.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a wide range of customer queries across various products and processes through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and written correspondence.
*Utilise strong active listening skills and attention to detail to understand customer needs and maintain service excellence.
*Support colleagues daily by helping resolve queries, sharing knowledge, and contributing to high compliance and quality standards.
*Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
*Handle complaints professionally, escalating when needed, and ensure resolutions and learnings are shared across the team.
*Review and create process manuals with accuracy, recommending improvements to enhance the overall customer journey.
*Support Business Specialists with project work, including system testing and raising issues with stakeholders.
*Provide cross-team support where required to ensure service levels are achieved.
*Follow company risk management processes and report any incidents or breaches.

*A strong communicator with experience in customer service.
