Leicester | £30,000-£42,000 DOE �?
We’re hiring a Mobile Repair Technician to join a permanent contract in Leicester. If you’re experienced in HVAC maintenance and want to work in a team that values work-life balance, personal development, and sustainability-this could be the perfect fit.
?? What You’ll Be Doing:
*HVAC and building maintenance, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive repairs.
*Resolving hot/cold issues via BMS adjustments.
*Mechanical maintenance (belts, motors, valves).
*Minor installation work and stakeholder engagement for diagnostics.
? What You’ll Need:
*NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning.
*F-GAS 2079 CAT1 certification.
*Solid building maintenance experience.
*Comfortable working at height and using MEWPs.
*Confident using CAFM systems via iPad.
�? What’s in It for You:
*Salary: £30,000-£42,000 per year (depending on experience).
*Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday).
