What You’ll Be Doing * Managing the full recruitment lifecycle within the IT/Tech space
* Building and developing long-term client relationships
* Sourcing and engaging high-quality tech professionals
* Negotiating offers and closing deals
* Developing your own specialist market niche
What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in IT/Technology recruitment (360 or 180)
* Strong business development skills
