About the Role
You will be a key member of the school office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting both staff and pupils. Duties will include:
Administrative Duties
*Completing daily registration and dinner registers
*Managing deliveries, signing in items and distributing them accordingly
*General filing, organisation, and document management
*Stock management including ordering, monitoring levels, and maintaining tidy storage areas
*Communicating professionally with staff, parents, and external visitors
Systems & Software
The school uses the following platforms, and experience with any of these is highly desirable (training can be provided):
*Arbour
*CPOMS
*IRIS Financials
*Microsoft School / MS Office Suite
