Site Acquisition/Branch Expansion Manager

Join a leader in the precious metals market as we continue our rapid expansion across England. With over a decade of growth and more than 100 branches worldwide, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Acquisition/Branch Expansion Manager to spearhead branch development in the UK.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Identify and visit potential locations across the United Kingdom for new branches.
*Engage with local estate agents to negotiate lease terms.
*Ensure all contracts are thoroughly vetted and coordinated with the legal team to meet stringent requirements.
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure that new locations align with operational needs.
*Maintain meticulous records of site visits, proposals, and agreements to ensure transparency and efficiency in the expansion process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in property sourcing, real estate, or operations coordination.
*Ability to travel extensively across England or the United Kingdom as required.
*Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with external partners and internal teams.
*Detail-oriented with the capability to work closely with legal and internal departments to coordinate efforts.
*Autonomous, proactive, and highly organised individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Must possess a full UK driving licence.
