Key Responsibilities*Provide high-quality customer support to German and English-speaking clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
*Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

*Process customer requests, orders, and account updates with accuracy.
*Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in internal systems.
About You*Fluent or highly proficient in German and English (written and spoken).
*Confident telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
*Strong customer service skills—previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
