Location: Raynes Park: SW20 0BA
Salary: Up to £35,500 depending on experience plus uncapped bonus
Specialism: Business Support (Customer Service, Admin, Office Support & PA roles)

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to own and scale a Business Support desk recruiting for customer service, admin, office support & PA roles across Southwest London, Middlesex & Kingston, Twickenham & Richmond.

* Full 360 Recruitment - From business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, interviews, and closing deals.
* Sales & BD - Drive new business, pitch Reed’s services, and grow your client base.
* Candidate Engagement - Source top talent via job boards, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Relationship Management - Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.
* Target Hitter - Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue goals.
