Job Title: Qualified GCSE Maths & English Tutor
Location: Peacehaven,East Sussex, BN10
Pay Rate: £32-£35 per hour
Hours: 2 hours per week - Fridays 11:30am-1:30pm

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced tutor to support a Year 11 student in Peacehaven (BN10). The role involves delivering GCSE Maths and English tuition to help strengthen subject knowledge and build confidence ahead of upcoming GCSE examinations.
This is a face-to-face role within a school setting and would suit a committed, reliable educator who can provide structured and engaging support.
Role Responsibilities: * Deliver 1:1 GCSE Maths and English tuition

* Assess learning gaps and tailor sessions accordingly

* Support exam preparation and revision strategies

* Provide progress updates as required

Essential Requirements: * Recognised Teaching Qualification (QTS or equivalent)

* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (mandatory)

* Experience teaching GCSE Maths and English

* Strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum and exam requirements

* Professional, punctual and able to commit to weekly sessions
