Profile Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Program Leader with 10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-year global IT transformations within the pharma industry or similarly regulated sectors. The ideal candidate must be an expert in implementing rigorous program controls, navigating senior stakeholder landscapes, and providing executive-ready communication.


Key Requirements & Scope:


- Experience: Proven track record in large-scale technology rollouts and managing change impacts across global IT and business teams.
- Scale: Experience managing significant recurring annual budgets and orchestrating large blended teams across 8–12 workstreams and multiple regions.
- Technical Context: Familiarity with enterprise manufacturing IT landscapes, GMP, and CSV is preferred.
- Availability: Start within 6–8 weeks of an offer. Suppliers must confirm the candidate’s notice period and earliest possible start date.


Core Responsibilities:


- Establish and enforce program controls (stage gates, baselines, risk/issue management, and benefits realization).
- Lead program governance, including Steering Committee preparation and vendor/PMO alignment.
- Drive delivery discipline and ensure timely escalation of issues with clear resolution options.
- Coordinate global deployment waves, including readiness, adoption, and training.
