THE ROLE:
You will handle a broad range of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private children disputes and associated applications. The role will involve advising clients through sensitive and often complex personal matters, delivering clear and pragmatic guidance tailored to their individual circumstances.
You will take responsibility for managing your own caseload from initial instruction through to resolution, whether through negotiation, mediation or court proceedings. Building trusted, long-term client relationships and maintaining exceptional standards of client care will be central to the position.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE, gained predominantly within private family law. You will have strong technical expertise across financial and children matters and be confident handling cases independently.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills are essential, alongside a calm and measured approach when supporting clients during challenging situations. A strong understanding of the commercial aspects of privately funded work will also be advantageous.
