Job Description:
Our highly respected client based in the Lancaster area is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth handling of all documentation and processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Dispatch customer orders within agreed lead times.
*Maintain accurate order and delivery information.
*Complete required documentation and liaise with relevant external bodies.
*Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring clear communication with customers and internal teams.
*Set up and maintain customer accounts.
*Handle customer enquiries, calls, service issues, and order entry.
*Work with other departments to resolve customer problems.
Our client is looking for someone who’s committed to providing excellent customer service. They’d like someone who’s naturally organised, confident using a computer (especially Microsoft Office), and comfortable with both numbers and written communication. A strong work ethic is really important.
