Customer Service Advisor
Location: Oldham (office-based)
Contract: Until March 2026
Pay: £15.73 inc holiday pay
Start: ASAP
Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Housing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering queries by phone and email with professionalism and compassion - particularly when supporting vulnerable individuals.

*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Good computer literacy
*Patience, attentiveness, and a positive attitude
*Excellent time management and organisational skills
*The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
