Client Services Administrator
Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Location: Norwich – Office Based
Are you an outgoing and enthusiastic administrator looking to join a dynamic and growing wealth management practice? Our client are seeking a proactive Client Services Administrator to support their Partners, advisers, and wider operations team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to Partners and advisers
*Act as a point of contact for clients and third parties, handling general enquiries and welcoming clients to the office
*Manage business submissions via bespoke software, ensuring all cases are processed promptly and accurately
*Maintain and manage the Practice’s CRM database, keeping back-office systems updated with live files and case notes
*Prepare meeting documentation and follow-up correspondence from client meetings
*Support wider Practice operations and assist the Partner when required
You’ll be joining a team that works collaboratively, shares knowledge, and strives for excellence in delivering an unrivalled client experience.
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
*Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft 365 and confidence with bespoke financial systems
*Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
*High standards of literacy, numeracy, and communication
*Meticulous attention to detail
*Strong time-management and organisational skills
*Confidence in dealing with colleagues and third parties, displaying honesty, integrity, and complete discretion
Experience within financial services or a regulated environment is beneficial, though not essential.
