The Role
As a Junior Data Analyst, you’ll support the business by producing accurate reports, analysing performance data, and helping stakeholders make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with senior team members and gain exposure across multiple areas of the business.

This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants hands-on development.
*Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI
*Write and optimise queries using SQL
*Produce detailed reports and data analysis in Excel
*Support data cleansing, validation, and system improvements
*Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
*Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders
*Contribute to improving internal reporting processes

About You
*A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) in a data-related, mathematical, business, or technical discipline
*Strong working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Excel
*Passionate about data, analytics, and report creation
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
*Ambitious and eager to grow within a fast-paced, expanding business
*Strong communication skills - able to explain data clearly
