National Sales Manager – Kent & Essex
£35,000–£50,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus
Field-Based | Full-Time | Mon–Fri

The RoleWe’re looking for a proactive National Sales Manager to lead growth across Kent & Essex. You’ll develop new business, manage key accounts and build strong relationships with pubs, hotels, bars, golf clubs and leisure venues. This is a high-autonomy role with strong earning potential and excellent support from a market-leading procurement team.
Key Responsibilities*Grow the region through new business and account development
*Manage the full sales cycle from first meeting to onboarding
*Build long-term relationships with hospitality and leisure operators
*Collaborate with procurement and customer service teams
What You’ll Bring*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Motivated, organised, and commercially minded
*Understanding of hospitality, catering or leisure (advantageous)
*MS Office skills
*Full UK driving licence
