Job Description:
Join a friendly, fast-growing customer service team supporting customers across email, live chat, phone, and in-person. You’ll provide clear, helpful advice on our product range, resolve queries quickly, and deliver a high-quality service every time. Full training provided.
*Working Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week
*Shifts: 8 hours per day, mix of early and late shifts, weekends inc.
*Free parking onsite

What You’ll Do
*Handle customer enquiries across digital channels and occasionally by phone/in person
*Provide accurate information and great service
*Log interactions using internal systems
*Work collaboratively with the wider team
What You’ll Need
*Strong communication skills
*Confidence using IT systems
*A positive, customer-first attitude
*Customer service experience is a bonus
