Estate Cleaner Temporary
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Position: Estate Cleaner
Hours: Full time, 8am - 4pm Mon -Fri.
Salary: £12.25 per hour
Our client is looking for a temporary Estate Cleaner. As an Estate Cleaner, you will be working in a team of 2, driving to various properties in the local area and carrying out cleaning and maintenance tasks such as cleaning communal areas, tidying rubbish, garden sweeping and so on.
The overall purpose of this role is to deliver a quality cleaning service to all communal areas both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities include of cleaner:
*Delivering a high-quality Estate Cleaning service but undertaking all aspects of general daily cleaning duties throughout communal areas, including sweeping, hoovering, mopping, dusting, and more.
*To confidently operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning materials in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
*To meet required company standards whilst procedures and policies are adhered to.
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
*A basic understanding of cleaning duties, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting.
*The ability to work independently, and to communicate with others as and when required.
*Experience of being an effective team member with a flexible approach.
*The ability to use modern communication technology and IT.
