Job Description:
Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Road Freight Operator to join our friendly and proactive Client in Maldon.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Permanent, Full-time position-based role - NO hybrid working:

Your responsibilities include:
*Arrange full loads, part loads and groupage shipments
*Liaise with drivers, hauliers, carriers, and warehouses
*Monitor shipments, track deliveries, and resolve delays – proactivity.
*Handle customer inquiries and provide shipment updates
*Maintain accurate transport and billing records
You will need:
*Confident and outgoing individual.
*Strong knowledge of Road Freight Operations
*Familiarity with customs procedures
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*Able to communicate in a clear, concise, and logical manner both verbally and written.
*Ability to manage multiple shipments under tight deadlines.
*Negotiation skills and commercial awareness a bonus.
*Good time management skills.
*Driver with own transport is desirable.
*UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
