Telesales Executive
Location: Wakefield/Hybrid
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + commission

Key Roles & Responsibilities:You’ll be the voice of the business - speaking to companies, building relationships, and helping them get the supplies they need to keep their teams running smoothly.
On a typical day you’ll:
*Pick up the phone and connect with new and existing business customers
*Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell with low/spending, dormant and existing accounts
*Turn enquiries into orders through strong rapport building ability
*Build your own customer base and grow it month after month
*Smash your targets (and celebrate when you do)
*Work closely with the wider team to make sure customers are happy
Skills & Requirements:
*Someone who’s confident, tenacious and ambitious
*A natural persuader who listens as well as they talk and is brilliant building commercial relationships
*Target-driven (you don’t just meet goals - you chase them)
*Resilient - because not every call is a yes
*Experience in telesales, internal sales, or B2B sales is a big plus
