Job Description:
Time Appointments are thrilled to be working alongside a forward-thinking, growing business who are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager. This role will suit an individual who is passionate about building relationships and has a proven track record of securing new business for a company.

Please be advised this role is a field-based role covering Kent & Surrey.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
*Act as the main point of contact for allocated housebuilder clients.
*Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships based on trust and performance.
*Understand each client’s goals, needs, and expectations.
*Maintain regular communication both face to face and remotely through site visits, meetings, calls, and emails.
*Liaise effectively between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
*Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients.
*Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
*Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation to support operational efficiency.
*Identify client training needs and deliver relevant training sessions where required
Skills & Experience Required:
*Previous experience within sales.
*Essential that you hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
*Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
*Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own diary.
*Professional, proactive and client focused.
*Availability to work Saturdays is essential, with occasional Sunday work required.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
*Good at diary management.
