Job Description:
Our client based in Guildford are seeking an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join their busy team for the next 6 months. To be considered you must have previous office based experience, within administration and customer service, In return my client offers a friendly working environment and flexibility to work from home a few days per week.
Duties:
*Responding to customer emails and calls
*Coordinating issues that are raised by customers
*Handling calls to and from customers
*Record all calls and companies on database
*Setting up and coordinating appointments
*Attend team meetings when required
Requirements:
*Excellent written and spoken communication skills
*Strong systems skills
*Work well under pressure and towards deadlines
