Part-Time Private Client Secretary – Temporary Assignment (Ipswich)
Start Date: March 2026
Duration: Approximately 3–4 months
Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week, up to 3 days per week
We are recruiting on behalf of our Ipswich-based client for an experienced Part-Time Private Client Secretary to join their busy team on a temporary basis.
About the Role
You will be providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support within a fast-paced Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work, supporting fee earners with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing secretarial support to Private Client fee earners
*Preparing legal documents and correspondence
*Audio typing and document formatting
*Managing diaries, appointments, and client communications
*Handling confidential information with care
*General administrative duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within a Private Client department
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
*A proactive, professional, and detail-focused approach
Working Pattern:
*Flexible part-time hours
*Minimum 15 hours per week, up to 3 days per week
