Sales Assistant
*Annual Salary: Up to £40,000
*Location: In person
*Job Type: Full-time
Join our team as a Sales Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing exceptional service and support in selling our products and services. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in plumbing and heating, looking to advance their career in a dynamic and successful business environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Engage directly with new and existing customers to sell products and services, ensuring a high-quality service throughout the sales process.
*Answer customer phone queries and engage in face-to-face interactions, providing excellent customer service.
*Maintain and organise the warehouse, including loading and unloading deliveries (some heavy lifting required).
*Drive business growth through effective customer engagement and sales strategies.
*Participate in annual stock takes and contribute to team efforts in achieving business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Essential knowledge of plumbing and heating.
*Experience in retail sales and customer service is preferred.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
*Hardworking, willing to learn, and able to handle a demanding work environment.
*Valid driving licence is required as the role involves making deliveries to meet customer needs.
*Familiarity with bathroom design is a plus, though training will be provided.
