Key Responsibilities *Operate and tend to production machinery in compliance with safety regulations.
*Assemble products with precision according to specifications.
*Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure product quality.
*Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
*Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs.
*Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues during the production process.
*Participate in training and onboarding of new team members as necessary.
Requirements
*Experience in a factory or production environment is an advantage but not strictly required.
*Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
*Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality.
*Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
*Flexibility to work different shifts as required by the operation.
*Dependable and punctual, with a positive attitude towards work.
*Understanding of health and safety practices in a factory environment is beneficial.
