About Online Art School:

Our highly motivated team is shaping the future of this international platform. We are a creative group of individuals who are genuinely passionate about the art world and the content we produce. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior videographer/video editor to join us, grow their skills and play a hands-on role in producing engaging content across the brand.
You will work closely with our in-house marketing team from our Danbury office.
About the Role:
This is a junior, hands-on production role, ideal for someone at the start of their career who is passionate about video content and eager to develop in a fast-moving creative environment.
We’re looking for someone curious, creative and keen to learn. You don’t need years of experience, just a genuine interest in videography, editing and digital content. While extensive experience is preferred, it is not completely necessary. An interest in the creative world would also be beneficial.
The role will involve a mix of:
*Filming street interviews
*Recording and editing podcasts in our in-house studio
*Editing video content for social media shorts and marketing campaigns
*Creating engaging course teaser videos
*Working with instructor footage to produce polished video assets
*Supporting the marketing team with creative video ideas
*Managing and organising video files and project assets
*Collaborating closely with the founder and creative team
*Representing the Online Art School brand with professionalism and creativity
This is not a remote editing role, you will be actively involved in filming and studio work.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Some hands-on experience or education in videography and/or video editing
*Familiarity with video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or Adobe After Effects)
*A strong interest in short-form and social media video content
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail
*A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
*A basic understanding of cameras, lighting and audio
*An interest in art, music, creativity or digital media
*Enjoyment of working as part of a small, fast-moving team
Training and support will be provided for the right candidate. If you’re enthusiastic about video and eager to grow your skills, we’d love to hear from you.
What We Offer
*£24,000–£26,000 salary
*Hands-on experience across multiple content formats
*Daily collaboration in a founder-led business
*Opportunity to grow with an international platform
