Sales Consultants Wanted – Financial Services
A very well-established financial services business is in search of target-driven, money-motivated Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team.
The Role:
Selling Life Insurance by making outbound dials to a warm database, as well as receiving up to 20 fresh leads per day! You will be responsible for the full sales cycle: Fact-find, Advise, and Close.
What We Need:
• Strong Objection Handling: You must be able to navigate difficult conversations and turn a ’no’ into a ’yes.’
• High Volume: This is an outbound environment—you must not be afraid to pick up the phone and dial.
• The Ability to Close: We need people who can move through a fast sales process and get the deal over the line.
The Package:
• Basic Salary: £30,000-£33,000 basic Can rise to £35k after probation.
• Fantastic Commission: Earn £1,600–£3,900 in commission monthly, with top performers earning up to £6,000 in busier months.
• Fast Payouts: Commission is paid monthly.
• Hybrid Working: After 3 months, move to a hybrid 3/2 split (3 days WFH, 2 days office).
• Progression: Clear path into Sales Team Management after 9–12 months.
