Aftersales Associate (Construction / Building Supplies)
Location: Langley (On-site, Monday–Friday)
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role
We are recruiting an Aftersales Associate to support customers within the construction and building supplies sector. This is a customer-facing, service-driven role based on-site in Langley.
You’ll handle aftersales queries, provide excellent service, and support technical troubleshooting. Experience in construction, building materials, or trade retail is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage aftersales enquiries via phone and email
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with the warehouse regarding spare parts
- Maintain service records and update the ERP system
- Produce service reports and identify recurring issues
- Build strong relationships with customers
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction, building supplies, tools, plant equipment, or trade retail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to read technical information
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to travel to Langley daily (Mon–Fri, on-site)
