Job Title: Private Client Solicitor / Private Client Legal Executive / Fee Earner
Location: Devon - Newton Abbot, or multiple office locations available

Our well-established, award-winning law firm client is now hiring a Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Experienced Fee Earner to join its dynamic and growing Private Client department in Devon
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
You will manage your own diverse caseload of private client matters including:
*Administering Estates and Probate
* Drafting Wills and advising on Estate Planning
*Inheritance Tax planning and wealth preservation
*Creation and management of Trusts
*Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
*(Optional) Court of Protection work
For those who enjoy it, you’ll be free to participate in business development, networking and growing awareness amongst clients within the local community and professional circles
Candidate Profile:
Applications welcome from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals or Fee Earners with:
*4+ years’ experience in Private Client law
*STEP and/or SFE accreditations (or working towards them) - desirable but not essential
*Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
