Due to continued growth they are looking for a number of serious injury solicitors/fee earners at various levels.
Description
As a Serious Injury Solicitor your duties will include:
*Manage a varied caseload of serious injury claims from inception to settlement.
*Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
*Draft legal documents and correspondence related to serious injury cases.
*Negotiate settlements and liaise with third parties, insurers, and medical professionals.
*Conduct legal research to support case strategies and outcomes.
*Ensure compliance with relevant and regulatory frameworks.
*Maintain accurate and detailed case records.
*Contribute to the development of the department’s best practices and procedures.
Profile
A successful Serious Injury Solicitor should have:
*A qualified solicitor status with a specialism in serious injury or personal injury law.
