We are seeking a dynamic Change Lead on an interim basis to support two strategic, global change initiatives. The successful candidate will work with our GBS and Change and Communications Leads, engage stakeholders across all levels, and ensure the seamless adoption of Payroll and new digital invoicing system (Esker).
Responsibilities:-
*Deployment of Change Management Strategy to support GBS transformation initiatives, leading the end-to-end deployment of change management. (100 %)
*Global Payroll Alignment: Design and execute change interventions specifically tailored to the complexities of global payroll, ensuring local compliance is balanced with global process standardization.
*Accounts Payable (AP) system transformation: Transition our global entities (60) for Esker to Baseware and ensure successful implementation support and adoption. Including:
*Enhance Strategic Communication & Engagement
*"Tell the Story" from the Employee’s View: Shift the focus from technical features to how the change impacts daily work Highlight Specific Benefits: Emphasize how Esker and new
*Conduct comprehensive Change Impact Assessments to define impacted audiences, the nature of the change, and specific risks to business continuity
*Stakeholder analysis, engagement and relationship management.
*Develop and deliver tailored change & communications training, and engagement strategies in partnership with our Change Director and Internal Comms Director.
*Develop and produce high-quality, professional engagement and training assets (e.g., leadership decks, ppts, materials and infographics) to drive transformation alignment.
*Provide strategic coaching and facilitation to leadership teams during times of significant change.
*Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, Learning, and Business leadership to ensure transformation alignment.
*Hyper-care Support: Develop and manage a post-go-live "hyper-care" communication and feedback loop to quickly resolve user adoption issues during the critical first cycles of new payroll runs and Esker rollout.
Experience
*Experience: - Industry Experience in One or More of the Following: FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or Professional Services
* Technology Fluency In: Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, GenAI Tools (e.g., OpenAI models), Learning Platforms
*Financial Systems Transformation: Proven experience managing change for large-scale financial ERP modules or specialist tools like Esker (AP automation) and global payroll engines.
*Vendor & Third-Party Integration: Experience managing change in environments involving third-party payroll providers and outsourced BPO partners.
*Training Content for Financial Tools: Skilled in creating high-quality, persona-based training assets for different user groups, from finance specialists to general employees using self-service portals.
Education: Licenses/ Certifications: Change qualification e.g. PROSCI / APMG
