We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Student Accommodation team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical capability and ideally has accounting training (ACCA / CIMA / ACA / CA) who enjoys working with large datasets, financial models, and real estate performance metrics.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our valuation cycles, portfolio analysis, investment reporting, and data management across a rapidly growing UK portfolio.
*Support valuation cycles, project analysis and investment modelling across the student accommodation portfolio.
*Manage core data sets, streamline reporting, and build automated dashboards (Excel & Power BI).
*Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for multiple funds.
*Provide analytical support on acquisitions, due diligence, business plans and performance reviews.
*Partner with asset management, finance and senior leadership on portfolio insights and strategic decision-making.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
*Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel (modelling, scenario analysis, data manipulation).
*Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or audit, ideally with a finance qualification.
*Exposure to real estate, funds, or investment environments is highly advantageous.
*Experience with Power BI, financial reporting or KPI dashboards (nice to have, not essential).
