Job Title: Management Accountant – FP&A
Location: Bradford (3 days office / 2 days flexible)
We are recruiting a commercially minded Management Accountant (FP&A) to join a fast-paced, dynamic finance team based in Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity to join a PE-backed business environment where pace, accountability and proactive thinking are key.
The RoleThis position sits within FP&A and plays a critical role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, management accounts and cash flow forecasting, while also acting as a true Finance Business Partner to both finance and operational stakeholders.
You will:
*Produce accurate and insightful monthly management accounts and financial reports
*Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow forecasting processes
*Provide meaningful commercial analysis to support decision-making
*Partner with operational teams, focusing on the "what" and the "why" behind the numbers
*Contribute to finance transformation and process optimisation initiatives
*Work with Oracle and Oracle BI reporting systems
*Support wider commercial finance activities including reporting and performance analysis
About YouWe’re looking for someone with:
*A strong technical grounding in management accounting (ACCA / ACA / CIMA – open to qualification background)
*Solid financial reporting and FP&A experience
*Business partnering exposure with the confidence to challenge and influence
*A proactive, can-do attitude and the drive to improve processes
*The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Degree background and sector experience are not essential. Experience within a mid-to-large business environment is preferred, but we are open to strong candidates from a range of backgrounds.
