We are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Wirer to join a well-established manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with a stable and growing business.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Must be able to read basic Schematic drawings, G/A’s, CDR’s, D&P drawings and identify components.
*Must be competent at stripping and crimping cables from 0.75mm to 120mm using hand tools and machinery.
*Create Screen and Ethernet Cable.
*Have the ability to organise and prioritise work effectively.
*Produce basic wiring in a uniformed manner.
*Work to process standards and operating procedures.
*Capable of highlighting potential issues and suggesting rational corrective/preventative actions.
*Capable and willing to transfer skills and knowledge to colleagues when requested.
*Operate and have control of Kanban and consumable stock levels.
Experience & Qualifications:
*The ability to effectively communicate using both verbal and written communication that delivers high levels of confidence in those dealt with.
*The ability to meet the expectation of both internal and external customer, clients and suppliers through a sound understanding of their requirements, being responsive to their needs and exceeding their requirements.
*The ability to pragmatically solve problems using varied approaches and considering all relevant factors and options before making a decision/taking action.
*The ability to demonstrate energy, drive, commitment and dedication to achieving both own and company success.
*The candidate ideally has previously worked in a manufacturing environment and have previous experience of wiring to schematic diagrams.
