Job Description:
A luxury retail brand is looking to welcome a part-time HR Administrator to their busy team.
In this role, you will be at the heart of HR operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while supporting the full employee lifecycle. From welcoming new team members and managing contracts to guiding employees with queries, supporting recruitment, and assisting with payroll, your work will help maintain seamless HR processes. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to projects that enhance our culture and ensure compliance across the business.
The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience, ideally within retail or fast-paced environments, and will thrive on organisation, attention to detail, and delivering excellent service to colleagues. You will also have some exposure to payroll and HRIS/ Payroll systems.
This is a part-time role of 22 hours per week, offering flexibility in how the hours are structured, with Mondays as an in-office day. The role is based in West London.
