Full time hours on a temporary basis
*Key Responsibilities
*Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, including doors, frames, skirting, flooring and fittings
*Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance across occupied and void properties
*Work from drawings, specifications, and job sheets
*Ensure all work is completed to high standards and within agreed timescales
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment
*Liaise with supervisors, tenants, and colleagues to ensure smooth job delivery
*Use appropriate tools, materials, and equipment safely and effectively
*Complete necessary paperwork or digital records for work completed
