MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
This key operational role combines event management and team leadership, ensuring the safe, professional, and exciting delivery of race events while acting as a Duty Manager on shift. You will be responsible for managing the team, enforcing safety standards, and creating unforgettable experiences for every customer.


Key Responsibilities:
*Run thrilling, safe, and high-quality race events
*Act as Duty Manager across Front of House & Track
*Deliver engaging and confident safety briefings
*Enforce race rules and driver standards professionally
*Support team training, development & performance
*Liaise with management to ensure events run to standard

*Customer-facing or event-based experience preferred
*Strong communicator and people manager
*Calm under pressure, confident on the microphone
*Logical thinker with attention to detail
*Comfortable working evenings/weekends
