Support Worker
Precedo Healthcare are recruiting experienced support workers to work within Supported Living services, supporting people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and Mental Health conditions.
We are an agency, but due to the volume of work we have regular hours each week with the same client.

Your Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll be a vital part of a person-centred team, helping individuals lead their most independent lives. Working closely with other professionals and often families.
*Ensuring Safety & Wellbeing: Help our clients stay safe, manage their medications, and ensure their environment is clean and comfortable.
*Supporting Daily Living: Assist with everything from personal care to helping clients develop new skills and engage in their favourite activities.
*Empowering Independence: Encourage and support individuals to access the local community and enjoy the activities they love.
What We’re Looking For:
*A minimum of six months UK experience as a Support Worker within the last three years.
*A passion for making a difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities and autism.
*A positive, caring, and proactive attitude to ensure each individual feels valued, safe, and empowered.
