Job Description:
THE COMPANY
Based close to Liverpool Street Station in the City of London, our client is a successful and established Financial Services Practice employing over 60 Advisers and Support Administrators.
They are currently expanding and are seeking to appoint a candidate, who will complement the existing team, bring added value to the role and who is willing to take on additional responsibilities as the role expands.

KEY EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
*Previous mortgage administration experience is essential.
*Proven IT skills (Inc. Windows, Outlook and Excel).
*Numerate.
*Excellent telephone and written communication skills and ability to structure clear and informative emails (often without the use of templates).
*Accurate data entry skills.
*Able to work at pace in a busy environment and to follow strict FCA regulated procedures.
*Enjoys delivering client focused service.
*Accountable for case pipeline management and escalating queries for resolution.
THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity to join a City based Financial Services Practice and as part of a team, to provide client and lender facing administrative support to Mortgage Brokers from application submission to case completion.

*Excellent eye for detail and sensitivity to data.
*Strong interpersonal skills.
*Proven strong work ethic and a willingness to add value to the role.
*Team player but able to work autonomously and without close supervision.
*Proactive and able to use initiative in working towards deadlines.
*Organised, flexible and responsive to a fast-paced environment.
*Willingness to learn on the job and to develop within the role.
