Our client is a successful and well-established commercial property company based in Banbury, specialising in short-term commercial lettings and charity property lettings across the UK. Their unique business model helps charities and not-for-profit organisations access vacant commercial property, while supporting landlords in maximising property usage.
The Role
You will oversee the day-to-day running of the department, manage a small team and liaise with landlords, commercial agents and charities across the UK.
*Liaise with clients to discuss their requirements and vacant commercial property
*Visit clients’ properties throughout the UK
*Liaise with charities / not-for-profit organisations to discuss their commercial property needs
*Liaise with property management companies and commercial agents
*Build strong, trusted relationships with charities and clients to instil confidence and foster long-term partnerships
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a confident, organised and approachable individual who can lead by example while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
*Property experience is not needed; however, good office administration skills are
*Professional communication skills required, both written and verbal
*Approachable, friendly and helpful
*Attention to detail is key, as well as a self-starting nature
*Highly organised and able to multitask
*A confident telephone manner and previous telephone experience
*Competent in MS Office
