Early Years Practitioner – Baby & Toddler Room – WokingWe are currently recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner in Woking (GU22) to join a warm and welcoming nursery team. This full-time Early Years Practitioner role offers £13.00–£13.50 per hour, with earnings up to £28,080 per year depending on hours, qualifications, and experience.
This Early Years Practitioner position is based within the 1–2 year old room, supporting young children through nurturing care, stimulating learning opportunities, and enriching outdoor experiences.
Hours: 40 hours over 4 days
Shifts: 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round
Not suitable for term-time applicants

Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities*Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children

About You*Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner or Nursery Practitioner
*Experience working in a Baby or Toddler room
*Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
*Excellent communication skills
*Eligible to work in the UK
